Payment

We receive payments with Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal etc. 

The payment will be charged as soon as the order is approved.

All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) but it can be changed to a selection of other currencies.

Prices within the European Union are as a standard shown including Danish VAT (Danish moms).

 

Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be send to the e-mail adress provided right after the purchase has been approved.

Wrongfully use

It is strictly prohibited to re-sell, distribute or copy the digital products sold by Beklaedt without permission. Nor is it allowed to sell items of clothing made from Beklaedt's patterns.

Beklaedt reserve the rights for all intellectual proporty on the website and digital products.

 

Right of cancellation

We cannot refund purchases of digital products.

 

Address and e-mail

Please make sure that you type your home address and e-mail address correctly.

If you mistype your e-mail address you will not get the order confirmation or an e-mail with a link to download of the digital products.

 

Warranty

A standard of 2 years warranty is given for products in relation to the Danish Consumer Law. The warranty applies to errors in purchased materials or products.

A warranty complaint must be repported to Beklaedt in reasonable time after receiving the products. Two months are considered the maximum of reasonable time unless other has been agreed upon with Beklaedt.

We reserve the right to handle a warranty by replacing the damaged product instead of refunding. This means that your product will be repared or you will get a replacement product instead, as long as your complaint is valid.

If it proves impossible to repair the damaged product you will get a full refund.

The warranty doesn't apply to errors or damages caused by wrongfully usage, washing or care of textiles, lack of maintainance and normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to printing errors, misspelling, sold-out products and differences between taxes and VAT. Offers last as long as the goods are available.
